We've had such a great day out with Chi! Visiting the markets to buy ingredients was so fun, the stallholders were really kind and welcoming, and it was nice being the only travellers in the market. We then helped cook a delicious meal, which I think we'd be able to recreate ourselves at home.

A bit of time to chill at the lovely homestay where we cooked, and then a really fun scooter ride through the local villages, stopping at lots of interesting businesses.

Chi was so kind and thoughtful throughout, we felt very welcome and so well taken care of ☺️

One thing I really appreciated is that Chi took photos of wherever we visited, so we have some really great memories recorded without needing to have our phones out all the time. Thanks for everything Chi ❤️

We booked a full-day tour and the cooking class at our host Linh and had two really amazing days and events. Tracy is the world’s best tour guide, she is very communicative and made everything possible for us. Both trips gave us great insights into the life at Mekongdelta, we had so much fun!

Everything is authentic and does not feel touristic. You get everything you need throughout the full day trip.

For the cooking class the day started with breakfast in the city center and grocery shopping at the local market. We learned a lot about traditional Vietnamese food and again had so much fun! Both trips are highly recommended.

Best, Moni & Jo Hann

We went on the cooking class with Chi and had such a fun morning!

We were picked up from where we were staying and rode on the back of scooters into town. We were then given some money and taken to the market, where we loved interacting with the stall holders and buying ingredients for our meal with Chi. The cooking class was so fun and we loved the variety of dishes that we made!! So many incredible flavours and interesting techniques. Chi was so friendly and included us in everything. The setting of the house is also so incredibly beautiful and the dogs are so lush! We also really appreciated how everything was vegetarian at our request.
